Can’t afford a masseuse? Relieve tight muscles with an equally intense massage, using the ProSourceFit Sports Medicine Roller. The raised bumps and grooves go beyond basic, smooth foam rollers to provide a deep massage and increased blood flow. This self-myofascial release tool is an effective, inexpensive way to release trigger points in your muscles and improve overall performance.
The Sports Medicine Foam Roller is a critical pre-and-post-workout tool for any athlete to aid in recovery and to reduce soreness. Our updated design gives you a superior foam roller which offers a strong, EVA foam-filled center. The solid interior prevents cracks or breaking under heavy weight for safe, long term use and dependability. Two density zones are perfectly balanced for the most comfortable exercise routine. Evenly spaced large and small bumps provide various contact points which mimic a masseuse’s finger-tip and forearm/palm massage. The targeted pressure provides a sense of relief by reducing pain in tight muscles and increasing blood flow for greater mobility and performance. Great for tight areas such as the upper back, legs, glutes, and calves.
The customized design makes it ideal for anyone who is experienced with foam rolling and ready to advance to a deeper massage The full-sized 24” x 6” is convenient for full-body use and comes in 3 colors.
Measurements: 24” long x 6” in diameter
Weight: 2.6 lb.
Material: EVA foam
Care: To clean your foam roller, wipe gently with soap and water and a soft cloth, or use an antibacterial wipe to disinfect. Applying a disinfectant spray after each use can also help keep your roller sanitary.
Roller is amazing I get it for all my clients
This roller is like a gift because it has helped me with my alignment minor back issues.
Amazing piece of equipment. Releases all the tension in my body like no other
If you can afford to buy 2 different rollers, I highly suggest it. I am a massage therapist for 14 years and I have runners who have very tight legs. This roller is very good for their legs and glutes. , but sometimes they are not muscularly built up on their upper body. Thus I recommend runners/ walkers and other athletes getting the speckled roller high density roller... which is softer for sore backs, necks and arms. I love rollers and I am sitting on on one right now with a flat broad wood bench I made. I use it while doing my computer on legs and glutes!
it is ok- a bit too hard actually.
