RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ProsourceFit aims to provide the highest quality products and care for our customers. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty to guarantee that you will receive a product you love, free of manufacturer defects.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the item returned is in used condition and/or without original packaging a restocking fee of 20% may apply.

Exceptions: Gift cards, gift coupons, gift certificates and final sale items may not be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may only be made for items received in error, or that are defective or damaged. To make an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at support@prosourcefit.com

If an item is damaged or sent in error, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label.

All other shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days.
