Free Shipping
Our goal is to make fitness fun and attainable for all of our customers, so we are pleased to provide free shipping on orders of $49.00 or more. This offer is available for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping.
*If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, customer will assume the cost of re-shipping charges. If any item is returned by the carrier and the customer requests a refund, a refund will be given less the shipping and handling charges.
Same Day Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. Domestic orders will arrive in 2-7 business days. For expedited orders (FedEx 2nd Day), orders must be submitted by 12:00 pm PST/ 3:00 pm EST in order to ship the same day.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

United States Shipping
ProsourceFit ships to addresses within the continental United States. However, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, military bases, territories, or the United States Virgin Islands.
Shipping Methods
Most orders will be shipped via FedEx. For oversized orders, alternate ground shipping methods may be utilized. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes will be sent via U.S. Mail.
Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated based on the live shipping rates of the carrier at the time of shipment. Please note that our shipping rates reflect the carrier's published live rates at the time of shipping.
- FedEx Ground: In-stock items typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping rates are determined based on the customer's address and the weight of the order.
- FedEx 2nd Day: In-stock items will arrive within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Rates are similarly calculated based on the customer's address and the weight of the order.
Delivery Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Times
While we strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days, please be aware that shipping times may be extended during peak periods, such as holidays.
Damaged and Missing Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please notify the freight company before signing for the delivery. Document any damages by taking pictures and making sure the carrier notes them.
