Our flex bars are an at-home or on-the-go therapy treatment that simultaneously serves as an athletic performance tool. We offer twist bars in 4 varying levels of resistance that allow you to gradually regain strength in overused tendons, rehab weakened wrists, and strengthen joints. Ridged surfaces allow for non-slip grip and aid to stimulate deep tissue when applied firmly against wrists, forearms, or the flat of your feet. Made from Thermoplastic rubber (TPR), the twist and bend bars are elastic and resilient to heavy use, allowing them to deform under stress and return to their original shape when the stress is removed. At 12 inches in length and less than 1 pound each, each bending bar is the ideal companion for on-the-go physical therapy.
