Free Online Fitness Classes Every Day

ProsourceFit is committed to our community members like you. That is why we’re brainstorming ways to add a “bit of normal” back into all of our daily routines.

The first way we’re doing this is with fitness classes from our VIPs, ambassadors and professional instructors. To take one of these free classes, click here to follow us on Facebook. As a new class starts, you and your friends will be able to join in.

The classes occur Monday - Friday at 2 pm EST and each day has a different theme.

Yoga to Increase Your Creative Energy

Appropriate for all levels, this class incorporates both strengthening and lengthening, while paying close attention to the mind/body connection and breath.

Rachel Cooper

RCFit Cardio Class

This workout combines cardio and strength training to challenge you physically for massive calorie burn!
