Turkey Day Workout Plan
Perform each exercise below for 1 minute, completing as many reps as possible. Once you've finished, rest for 1 minute, then repeat. See if you can beat the amount of reps you complete the second time through.
You will need a kettlebell or dumbbells for this workout.
