The 60” long by 1” wide adjustable carrying strap is made from cotton and cinches quickly and easily with-out a buckle. Just sling over your shoulder and let your mat breathe and air out as you carry it with you. Note: Cannot be used with the Extra Thick Yoga & Pilates Mat.
